Job Scope

Conduct naturopathic and nutritional consultations as scheduled.

Provide professional recommendations in order to satisfy guests’ needs and objectives.

Conduct scheduled naturopathic consultations.

Create individualised treatment plans in order to address the specific conditions of each guest.

Conduct scheduled nutritional consultations.

Create individualised diet strategies in order to address the specific needs of each guest.

Recommend and prescribe necessary nutrient, botanical, and/or homeopathic supplementations that enhance the health and wellness of the guests, including following personalised supplementation protocols.

Be available to address questions, comments, and/or concerns from guests as needed during their stay at Chiva-Som, including supplement recommendations for the sudden onset of minor acute medical conditions, e.g., colds and influenzas, headaches, insomnia and jet lag.

Review, address questions, and make necessary recommendations based on the results of food intolerance panels and requested clinical laboratory tests (in accordance with education level and capability to comfortably and accurately interpret results).

Discuss and educate colleagues on topics of interest in order to expand knowledge.

Prepare and complete all related administrative tasks, e.g., guest reports.



Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Complementary and alternative naturopath qualification with adequate medical level training

Minimum of five years complementary medicine experience at practitioner level

Integrative naturopathic experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire our guests to a healthier lifestyle

Excellent English communication skills

Computer skills
