Dr. Scotten completed his undergrad in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and then graduated as an ND from Bastyr University in 1992. More recently he completed his Masters of Education at Royal Roads. Dr. Scotten is responsible for curriculum development and implementation. He has dedicated his time and skills to the Institute since its inception.
